Starter is focused on giving small businesses a fast, dependable AI assistant that reduces repetitive work from day one, backed by 1 month of hypercare support.For Grow Clients:
Fully capable AI Voice Agent. This includes natural language voice handling, appointment booking with calendar sync, CRM integration (HubSpot / Salesforce / Zoho), lead qualification flows, call analytics, and intelligent routing with human handoff. You own your data. We apply encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access, and can deploy VPC/VPN and SSO/SAML for Enterprise. We scrub PII during ingestion and provide a data retention policy for review.
The Starter price is a one-time setup/deployment fee for the package as described. Ongoing hosting, API costs, and optional support/maintenance are billed separately.
We’ll implement two automations of your choice from common options (example: automatic lead creation + follow up email; ticket creation + routing; calendar invite creation for booked leads). Custom automation logic can be added at additional cost.
If your usage goes above the monthly limit for your plan, we’ll protect your service and your users while giving you options to continue without disruption. We monitor usage in real time and will notify you at thresholds (e.g., 80% and 95%). If you exceed the limit we’ll apply our standard overage policy: a short grace window, temporary soft throttling to prioritize critical flows, and the option to immediately purchase a top up or upgrade to the next plan. Enterprise customers get negotiated burst capacity and SLAs. You’ll always receive a usage report and clear next step options from our team.
